
Policies
Cancellations: Please aim to give at least 48 hours notice of any cancellations or appointment changes. We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control, however we appreciate being given as much notice as possible. We will also aim to inform you, the client, of any changes in as much time as possible.
We reserve the right to none or partial refunds if notice is not given in enough time.
Payments:Please book and pay online or via bank transfer before your appointment whenever possible. We do accept cash on the day which will be accepted before the appointment starts.
Children and animals:Please keep children and animals away from the workstation during the appointment. One of the benefits of using a mobile nail technician is not having to worry about who will look after your kids whilst you’re at the salon, if you need to tend to your child/children during the appointment, you are free to do so, however we cannot accept liability for any injury or death to pets and children as a result of exposure to chemicals, sharp tools or other related circumstances.
Food/Drink: Eating and drinking during the appointment is permitted as long as it doesn’t affect your nails. Eg light snacks and bottled drinks are suitable, eating a greasy cheeseburger with both hands, is not.
We need your hand when we need your hand:During the appointment you are welcome to use your phone, eat, listen to music etc, whatever you need to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible, however when we need your hand to work then please let us have it.
